Renewal agreement: Effective June 1, 2015, to May 31, 2018. Signed on June 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 1%
Effective June 1, 2015: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 1%
Effective June 1, 2016: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 1%
Effective June 1, 2017: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2018: 1%

Paid holidays:
9 days and 2 floating holidays.

Vacations with pay:
4% of gross earnings to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 17 years.  

Dental:
$25 single deductible and $50 family deductible. $1,500 annual maximum.

Sick leave:
7.5 hours per 150 hours worked to a maximum of 90 hours per year. Employer pays out 50% of any unused sick days.

Life insurance:
Employer pays 75% of premiums. $25,000 with a reduction of 50% at age 65.

Bereavement leave:
3 days for employee’s father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, spouse, child, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchild, son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

Seniority – recall rights:
1 year.

Call-in pay:
Minimum 4 hours’ pay.

Probationary period:
450 hours worked.

Discipline
: Sunset clause is 18 months.

Uniforms/clothing:
$120 per year. $130 effective June 30, 2016.

Housekeeper: $15.72 rising in 2 steps to $16.21
Dietary aide: $15.72 rising in 2 steps to $16.21
Dishwasher: $15.72 rising in 2 steps to $16.21
Maintenance: $15.72 rising in 2 steps to $16.21
Activity aide: $17.56 rising in 2 steps to $18.06
