Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2018. Signed on Jan. 22, 2016.

Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 3, 2016: 2.25%
Effective March 19, 2017: 2.5%

Paid holidays: 11 days plus 6 days per year of personal leave.

Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 11 years. 

Overtime: Time and one-half for a 6th day in one week, double time for a 7th day in one week. Time and one-half for overtime offered on employee’s first day off, double time for second day off. Time and one-half for time in excess of employee’s regular hours in a day.

Meal allowance: $16 when employee is required to work more than 2 hours’ overtime.

Medical: Employer-provided Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.

Dental: Employer-provided Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.

STD: Employer-provided Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.

LTD: Employer-provided Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan.

Pension: Employer contributes to Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan. 95¢ per hour for all employees who have attained a Level 3 CATSA certification. $1.05 per hour effective March 19, 2017.

Bereavement leave: 5 days with pay for the death of an immediate family member, grandparent, grandchild, or in-law. 1 day without pay for the death of an aunt or uncle or where the employee is a pallbearer.

Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours at applicable overtime rate on employee’s day off.

Safety shoes: $65 per year where employee declines uniform footwear provided by employer.

Uniforms/clothing: Uniforms supplied by employer at no cost to employees. Employer pays $16 per month to each employee for dry cleaning.
