Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 1, 2015, to Oct. 31, 2018. Signed on Feb. 23, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Nov. 1, 2016: 2%
Effective Nov. 1, 2017: 2%
Shift premium: $1.15 per hour premium for all hours driving, operating or working with specific trucks and any trucks equipped with a crane. $1 for employees with a BTMR license, where the license is required. $3 for employees who are training other drivers. $2 for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. 
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years.
Medical benefits: 100% of premium cost of Gold Plus Enhanced Health and Welfare Plan paid by employer. Health spending account of $1,200 per year, including $15 for doctor note and driver’s medical examination coverage.
Dental: 100% up to $2,000 per year per person for basic services and 50% for comprehensive. 50% up to $3,000 lifetime for orthodontics for children under 19.
Vision: $300 per year under 21. $300 every 2 years over 21.
Paramedical: 80% up to $3,000 per person per year and 100% thereafter. 
Weekly indemnity: 60% of earnings up to $700 per week up to age 75. Payable after first day of accident or hospitalization and 14th day of sickness, to a maximum of 119 days.
Sick leave: One-half day per month to a maximum of 12 days per year. 8 hours’ regular rate pay paid quarterly to drivers who have gone 3 months without using a sick day.
LTD: 60% of earnings up to $3,000 per month, payable after 120 days until 65.
AD&D: $100,000 under 65, $50,000 between 65 – 75.
Life insurance: $100,000 under 65, $50,000 between 65 – 75.
Pension: Employer will contribute $75 per month after 1 year of employment, $150 after 3 years, $200 after 4 years, and $350 after 5 years.
Bereavement leave: 3 days with pay for death of parent, sibling, spouse, child, mother- or father-in-law, grandparent, or grandchild, taken within 3 months of the death. Unpaid leave to a maximum of 3 months is also available. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months for layoffs, 2 years for job-related sickness or injury, 18 months for non-work-related sickness or injury.
Call-in pay: 2 hours’ pay minimum for showing up and finding no work, 4 hours minimum if started work and then sent home. $75 bonus for being available to work in addition to regular rotation.
Probationary period: 3 months.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $250 per year for safety work boots.
Uniforms/clothing: $25 per year for gloves.
Mileage: 
Within B.C.: 65¢ per mile for 5&6 axle and 69¢ for a 7&8 axle.
Canadian, outside B.C.: 58¢ for 5&6 axle and 60¢ for a 7&8 axle.
Beyond Tacoma, U.S.: 57¢ for 5 axle, 58¢ for 6 axle, 59¢ for 7 axle, 60¢ for 8 axle.
Over-dimensional premium: 07¢ per mile.
Sample rates of pay (current, after 2% increase):
Tanker division: $29.82
Milk division: $29.82
Loading/unloading, tarping/untarping: $28.19
Editor’s notes: Safety bonus: 50¢ per hour or 1¢ per mile paid out quarterly to all employees who have not caused vehicle damage or cargo losses during a 3-month period. Leaves: Up to 3 months unpaid for marriage, illness in the immediate family or union activity. Sunday: No employee will be forced to work Sunday if their religion says it should be day of rest. Exchange: Employees can agree to work Good Friday and Boxing Day in exchange for 2 paid days off to observe religious or cultural holidays other than those already given as holidays.
