Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2019. Signed on Sept. 1, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Sept. 1, 2015: 2%
Effective Sept. 1, 2016: 2%
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Sept. 1, 2018: 2%
Shift premium: $1 per hour for regularly scheduled work outside normal hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday).
Paid holidays: 14 days
Vacations with pay: 1 1/4 days for every month for which 10 days' pay is received to start, 1 2/3 days per month after 2 years of service, 2 1/12 days per month after 7 years, 2 ½ days per months after 15 years, 3 days per month after 20 years. 
Overtime:  Time-and-a-half for first 4 hours beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time for any overtime more than 4 hours and all hours worked on a Sunday or holiday.
Meal allowance: $10.10 for employees unable to take a meal period during their work day.
Sick leave: 1½ days for each month receiving 10 days' pay. 1 day of sick leave credits is converted into 1 day of vacation leave each quarter if employee has used no sick leave.
LTD: All employees and benefits covered by company-provided Northern Employees Benefit Services.
AD&D: All employees and benefits covered by company-provided Northern Employees Benefit Services.
Life insurance: All employees and benefits covered by company-provided Northern Employees Benefit Services.
Pension: All employees and benefits covered by company-provided Northern Employees Benefit Services.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for a death in the employee’s immediate family.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ overtime pay if employee is directed to work on a day of rest, paid holiday,or outside regularly scheduled hours. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay for each year of continuous employment.
Safety shoes: $300 each year.
Uniforms/clothing: All necessary protective clothing provided by company.
Tool allowance: Company will replace worn-out or broken tools used and owned by journeymen and apprentices in the regular performance of their work. If specialized tools are required, the company will purchase them.

Foreman, building maintainer, heavy equipment operator, airport maintainer: $36.83 per hour, rising in 3 steps to $38.50
Head mechanic: $38.97, rising in 3 steps to $41.65
Assistant mechanic: $30.39, rising in 5 steps to $34.21
Water truck operator, sewage truck operator, garbage truck operator: $26.23, rising in 5 steps to $29.38
Janitor, clerk/typist: $22.48, rising in 5 steps to $24.86
Secretary/interpreter: $23.39, rising in 5 steps to $26.18
Lands officer, economic development officer: $23.24, rising in 5 steps to $26.54
Post office employee: $19.14, rising in 5 steps to $22.53
Community outreach justice worker: $26.63, rising in 5 steps to $31.34
Recreation co-ordinator (certified): $34.72, rising in 5 steps to $39.77
Recreation co-ordinator (uncertified): $23.24, rising in 5 steps to $26.54

Editor’s notes: All employees and dependants over the age of 2 on vacation leave shall be entitled to receive between $2,300 and $9,775 per employee of vacation travel assistance, once every fiscal year. Up to 2 days unpaid leave per fiscal year may be granted to a reasonable number of employees to meet traditional hunting or harvesting opportunities. $5,400-per-year housing allowance for employees living in a private residence or home assistance program.
