Renewal agreement: Effective April 4, 2016, to June 30, 2018. Signed on April 4, 2016. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 2014: 1.5%
Effective July 2015: 1.5%
Effective July 2016: 1.5% and salary scale adjustment of 1%
Effective July 2017: 1.5%
Shift premium: $3 per hour for time worked between 6 p.m. and 7 a.m. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days to start, 20 days after 6 years (previously 8), 22 days after 16 years, 23 days after 17 years, 25 days after 18 years, 27 days after 25 years (previously 27) and 30 days after 28 years.  
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 37.5 hour per week. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. Time and one-half for the first 7.5 hours worked on statutory holidays and double time for all hours worked thereafter. Employees can carry over 37.5 hours of banked overtime each year. 
Sick leave: 7 days. 
STD: 15 weeks at 70% of salary to start, 2 weeks’ full salary followed by 13 weeks at 70% after 3 months of service, 4 weeks’ full salary followed by 11 weeks at 70% after 1 year of service, 6 weeks’ full salary followed by 9 weeks at 70% after 2 years of service, 8 weeks’ full salary followed by 7 weeks at 70% after 3 years of service, 10 weeks' full salary followed by 5 weeks at 70% after 4 years and 15 weeks at full salary after 5 years of service. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for member of employee’s immediate family. 1 day for employee’s son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. Up to 3 additional days for the purpose of travel. 
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours at regular rate of pay. 
Probationary period: 1 year. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years. 
Severance: Employees with at least 10 years of service will be entitled to 1 week’s pay per year of continuous employment to a maximum of 28 weeks. Employees with less than 10 years of service will be entitled to 2 weeks’ pay.

CC2: $37,336 rising in 6 steps to $45,204

CC6: $57,277 rising in 6 steps to $69,101

Editor’s notes: Child care: The employer will reimburse up to $7.50 per hour to a maximum of $52.50 per day for the cost of substitute child care. Maternity, pregnancy and adoption leave: 18 weeks' maternity leave. 37 weeks' parental leave. Maximum aggregate amount of 52 weeks. Personal leave: 1 unpaid day. Marriage leave: 5 days.
