Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to July 31, 2018. Signed on April 1, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective first pay period of January 2017: 1%
Effective first pay period of June 2017: 1.5%
Effective first pay period of December 2017: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1 per hour (previously $1.25) for shifts stating after 4 p.m. and/or prior to midnight.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for hours over 44 per week or 8 per day. Time and one-half on weekends (double time on Sundays previously). Time and one-half plus 8 hours' holiday pay for statutory holidays (double time previously), but double time plus 8 hours' holiday pay for Labour Day or Canada Day. Time and one-half if called in.
Meal allowance: Hot meal provided after two hours of unscheduled overtime and every 4 hours after that (previously $15 disbursement in lieu of meal). $25 meal ticket for employees on standby.
Medical benefits: $295 per month to the Prairie Teamsters, Health and Welfare Plan. 
Pension: Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan. Employees eligible for employer contributions after 18 months employment.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid days for death of employee’s spouse, including common-law, mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, sons, daughter, stepsons, stepdaughters, sister, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, and grandchildren. 1 unpaid travel day may also be taken.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay. 8 hours’ pay if works over 4 hours but less than 8. 2 hours at double time if called in for emergency overtime. 
Probationary period: 3 months.
Safety shoes: $180 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Coveralls and outer clothing provided by company, when needed.
