Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2021. Ratified on Feb. 1, 2016. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 1%
Effective Feb.  1, 2018: 1%
Effective Feb.  1, 2019: 1.5%
Effective Feb.  1, 2020: 2%.
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 2:29 p.m. and 5:59 a.m. Warehouse and driver trainers $2 per hour premium. 
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 5 personal days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years. 
Overtime: Hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day paid at 1.5 times driver’s regular hourly rate. Work performed on the sixth day of work during the normal work week (Sunday through Saturday), will be paid at one and 1.5 times employee’s regular rate. Work performed on the seventh day of work during the normal work week, will be paid at 2 times employee’s regular rate.
Meal allowance: 85 cents per hour. 
Medical benefits:  Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Paid for by the company effective Feb. 1, 2016, the cost will be $250 per month; effective Feb. 1 of each year, the cost shall increase by $10 per month each year of the agreement. 
Sick leave: Employee with 6 months of service, 1/2 day’s pay for each full month worked. Employees with more than 6 months' service, 9 sick days each year to a maximum of 26 weeks.
STD: The same as El maximum.
LTD: $2,400 per month.
Bereavement leave: No more than 3 days for death of employee’s  immediate family (wife, husband, son, daughter, sister, brother, mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, and grandchildren). Days to be paid at the rate of 8 hours gross hourly rate. 
Seniority – recall rights: 120 days.
Call-in pay: Warehouse employee provided a minimum of 4 hours' work and/or pay.
Probationary period:  120 days
Discipline:  Sunset clause is 12 months, with the exception of incidents of sexual harassment and violence where the period will extend to 24 months.
Severance:  For up to 5 years’ service, 1 week’s pay for each year of service; for more than 5 years of service, 2 weeks’ pay for each full year of service to a maximum of 1 year’s pay.
Safety shoes:  $150 per year. 
Uniforms/clothing:  2 work uniforms per year.  Warehouse employees and drivers receive coveralls and gloves.
Mileage:  41 cents per km less for the first 12 months of employment;  27 cents per km less for the second 12 months of employment; 13 cents per km less for the third 12 months of employment. 
Kilometre rates:
Single driver:  45 cents rising 4 times to 47 cents.
 LCV driver: 52 cents  rising 4 times to 55 cents.
Sample rates of pay (current, after increases):
Rate: $29.68 rising 4 times to $31.36
Editor’s notes: Overtime exemption: Employee may be relieved from overtime no more than once every 14 days. RRSP payment: Employee may, twice per year, convert all unused sick hours or personal days to an RRSP. For each day, the company will contribute 8 hours’ pay plus shift differential to the RRSP. Employees may also elect to convert at least 40 hours' annual sick leave to an additional weeks of vacation. After regular vacation has been posted, an employee may convert said 40 hours’ annual sick leave to an equivalent amount of additional vacation, to be taken in 1-week increments.
