Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 2, 2016, to Oct. 1, 2020. Signed on Nov. 25, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Oct. 2, 2017: 2%
Effective Oct. 2, 2018: 2%
Effective Oct. 2, 2019: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1.30 per hour for lead hands. $1 per hour for all hours worked between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. $1.90 for all hours worked on Saturday. $2.30 for all hours worked on Sunday.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 2 floater days. 
Vacations with pay: 80 hours or 4% after 1 years, 120 hours or 6% after 3 years, 160 hours or 8% after 10 years, 200 hours or 10% after 20 years, 240 hours of 12% after 30 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours (10 hours or 12 hours) or 40 hours per week. Time may be banked, maximum 40 hours.
Meal allowance: Overnight meal allowance: $75 to anyone who travels overnight outside of Calgary.
Sick leave: 4 hours per month, maximum 48 hours. Unpaid time will be paid out at the end of the year. Employees who achieve perfect attendance will receive 125% payout.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parents, child, brother, sister, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law). 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law.
Seniority –   rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay. Time and one-half for all hours worked after 2.5 hours.
Probationary period: 640 hours. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay per year, maximum 48 weeks.
Safety shoes: $165 per year for company-approved safety footwear. Effective June 1, 2018: $200 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: $400 per year for outside, warehouse workers for company uniforms. Employee must purchase 2 pants/shorts, 5 shirts. Outside employees will receive 1 3-in-1 jacket (winter coat, shell, vest), 1 bomber jacket every 24 months. Company will provide safety glasses for those who require them.
