Will join lab workers who joined last year
Biomedical and renal technologists at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ont., voted March 17, to join the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU).
Ninety-two per cent of the technologists opted to unionize, according to OPSEU.
About 140 lab professionals at Grand River Hospital joined OPSEU last August, said the union.
