Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2017. Ratified on Oct. 14, 2016. Signed on Nov. 23, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective July 1, 2016: 2%
Shift premium: Weekend: $3 per hour for hours worked between 11 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday. Evening: $2.25 per hour for all hours worked between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. Night: $3 per hour for all hours worked between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 12 years, 6 weeks after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 7.5 hours per day, or 75 hours per 2-week period. Double time if employee has completed full 7.5 hours and employee asked to work another 7.5 hours. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 70% of premiums for Alberta Health Care Insurance Commission.
Dental: Employer pays 66 2/3% of premiums, employee pays 33 1/3% of premiums. Coverage is 100% for basic, 75% for major restorative, $1,200 maximum for orthodontics. Combined basic and major: $1,750 per year. 
Vision: $375 every 2 years. 
Paramedical: Maximum $500 per year. 
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month, maximum 120 days. For employees hired before July 1, 2005: cash payout of 50% of accumulated leave after 5 years’ service. For employees hired after July 1, 2005: cash payout of 50% of accumulated leave after 10 years’ service. 
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for 66.67% of the employee’s monthly earnings, maximum $3,000 per month, maximum 2 years.
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums for group life insurance plan.
Pension: Employer-administered RRSP. Contributions: 1 to 5 years’ service, maximum 2. 75% employee/employer contributions; 6 to 10 years’ service, maximum 3% employee/employer contributions, more than 10 years’ service, maximum 3.5% employee/employer contributions.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (common-law spouse, wife, husband, child, mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, brother, sister, guardian, same-gender partner). 2 additional days if travelling outside the province. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ regular pay or double time for hours worked, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 520 hours or 9 months, whichever is shorter. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Mileage: $0.46 per kilometre.
