Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 29, 2016, to Feb. 28, 2019. Signed on Feb. 29, 2016.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for dual-ticketed (industrial millwright/industrial electrician) skilled trades. $0.74 per hour (previously $0.64 per hour) for all hours worked between noon and 5:59 p.m. $0.94 per hour (previously $0.74 per hour) for all hours worked between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. 
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 11 years, 5 weeks after 17 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 1 to 3 weeks may be carried over, maximum 8 employees at same time. Must be used by April 1 of next year, except for 2 March break weeks. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after regular hours and Saturday or Sunday. Double time for working more than 4 overtime hours Monday to Friday. Double time for working more than 4 overtime hours on Sunday.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Basic: $2,600 combined maximum for basic and major restorative per year per person. 50% co-insurance for major, orthodontic. 
Vision: $275 every 24 months (previously $240). $75 per eye exam (previously $65) every 2 years. Laser vision correction: $500 per lifetime.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 66%, maximum of $750 per week (previously $700 per week).
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums. 60% monthly earnings — less CPP — maximum $3,000 per month.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Coverage of $15,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Coverage 2 times annual earnings.
Pension: Employer matches contributions up to $35 per week (previously $34 per week). Effective March 1, 2018: $36 per week.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of current spouse, child, parents, legal guardian. 3 days for death of sister, brother, grandfather, grandmother, grandchildren, current father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandfather-in-law, grandmother-in-law. 1 day for death of aunt, uncle, aunt, uncle of employee’s current spouse. 1 additional day for travel more than 300 kilometres away.
Seniority – recall rights: 15 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at time and one-half.
Probationary period: 45 work days in 9 consecutive months. 
Severance: $2,100 per year (previously $1,800 per year) if plant is permanently closed. 
Safety shoes: $225 for company- and CSA-approved safety boots. Additional $50 for rubber boots.
Tool allowance: $200 per year (previously $170 per year). Effective March 1, 2018: $210 per year.

Class 2 (Baader operator, die maintenance, line 26 line attendant, line 12 labeller): $23.41 rising 2 steps to $24.36
Class 3 (batch maker, checking attendant, cheese cutter/slicer operator, chemical handler, grinder attendant, packaging attendant, packing area attendant, line 13/14 packing machine operator, line 26 cutter/shredder, process wrapper operator, raw-material handler, sanitation attendant, warehouse – Black Diamond, warehouse – distribution centre): $23.68 rising 2 steps to $24.63
Class 4 (blend-prep operator, lab technician, line 12 spread operator, line 25 slice-line operator, line 26 shred operator, line 28 portions operator, sanitation – production line): $24.78 rising 2 steps to $25.79
Class 5 (Line 11 SOS operator, Line 13/14 IWS operator, line 21/22 retail bar operator, line 23 Multivac operator, line 24 flow-wrap operator): $25.02 rising 2 steps to $26.03
Mechanical technologist, electrical technologist: $32.45 rising 2 steps to $33.76
