Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2019. Signed on Jan. 21, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Feb. 1, 2017: 2%
Effective Feb. 1, 2018: 2.5% 
Shift premium: Employees assigned responsibility of lead-hand will be paid equal to tech 1 rate or 126% of regular rate, whichever is higher. Employees assigned responsibility of temporary team leader will be paid equal to tech 1 rate or 110% of regular rate, whichever is higher. $3.74 per hour when working night shift (effective Feb. 1, 2018: $3.84 per hour).
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 2 floater days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 8 days (7 days for shift workers) to start, 120 hours after 9 years, 160 hours after 17 years, 200 hours after 24 years, 240 hours after 25 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all work after regularly scheduled hours. May be banked, maximum 75 hours.
Dental: Orthodontics: lifetime maximum $3,000.
Vision: $250 per dependant every 24 months.
Paramedical: Maximum $950 per person per year.
STD: Employee with 5 years of service will receive 12 weeks full pay, 14 weeks at 70% pay.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, child, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law).
Seniority – recall rights: 365 days. 
Call-in pay: 4 hours’ pay plus premium pay for hours worked.
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Severance: 2 weeks' base pay plus 2 weeks' base pay per year of service multiplied by 1.15; minimum 3 months' base pay, maximum 24 months' base pay multiplied by 1.15; 15% of base pay in lieu of benefits; $3,500 available for education, retraining, tools, or additional outplacement counseling; 1 month outplacement counseling; $5,000 relocation allowance.
Uniforms/clothing: Company will supply work-related clothing, boots, safety equipment and clothing on as-needed basis.

Technician 1 B: $56.45 rising 2 steps to $59.02
Technician 1 A: $54.85 rising 2 steps to $57.35
Technician 1: $53.24 rising 2 steps to $55.66
Technician 2: $51.57 rising 2 steps to $53.92
Technician 3: $49.80 rising 2 steps to $52.07
Technician 4: $48.05 rising 2 steps to $50.24
Technician 5: $46.50 rising 2 steps to $48.62
Technician 6: $45 rising 2 steps to $47.05
Technician 7: $43.60 rising 2 steps to $45.58
Technician 8: $41.61 rising 2 steps to $43.50
Technician 9: $38.47 rising 2 steps to $40.22
