Renewal agreement: Effective Oct. 1, 2016, to Feb. 28, 2019. Signed on March 16, 2017.
Shift premium: $2 per hour for employees required to train new employees.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 12 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of daily or weekly maximums.
Medical benefits: Prairie Teamster Health & Welfare Plan. Cost will be $330 per month (previously $300 per month) (lesser amount may apply to senior drivers). Employer pays one-half of amount, plus $70. Company will pay 50% of any monthly increase to cost of plan per year. Maximum increase to employer will be $5 to monthly cost per year.
Bereavement leave: In accordance with Burnco policy.
Seniority – recall rights: 5 months (previously 180 days). 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay if employee unable to work. If employee able to work, minimum 5 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 120 days. 
Mileage: $0.47 per kilometre when using personal vehicle for company business.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current): 
4-axle: $27.90
5-axle: $28.09
6-axle: $28.28
Editor’s notes: Accidents: Employees involved in vehicular accidents may be requested by employer to attend driver-improvement course. Fee for any course will be paid by employer. Employees will not be compensated for time spent at courses, unless such employees would normally be required to drive mixer-truck.
