Renewal agreement: Effective June 23, 2017, to June 22, 2021. Signed on June 7, 2017.
Shift premium: $30 per day — in addition to regular salary — for each day performing line indoctrination.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 6 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours if working more than 14 hours per day. 
Meal allowance: $15 when starting day with scheduled end-time of 7 p.m. or earlier, and assigned to an additional flight departing at or after 5 p.m.
Sick leave: 4 days per year, may be accumulated maximum 12 days.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Safety shoes: $200 per year for full-time, $100 per year for part-time.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide to full-time flight attendants 4 shirts, 1 cardigan and 2 scarves/ties per year. Employer will provide to part-time flight attendants 2 shirts, 1 cardigan and 1 scarf/tie per year. Employer will reimburse full-time flight attendants maximum $100 per year to purchase approved pants, $75 per year for part-time.

Editor’s notes: Group meetings: Flight attendants on day off will be paid $25 for attendance at group meetings at which they are requested by employer to attend. Per diems/expenses: When away from base for more than 15 hours and required to spend night away, per diem rate is $48 per overnight when staying at residence that provides stove, microwave and fridge or $68 per overnight when staying at a residence that does not provide stove, microwave and fridge. Relocation expenses: $700 will be provided to each flight attendant awarded position in Thompson or Sioux Lookout. Attendants will also receive one-way OCS guest passes for use by flight attendant and 2 round-trip OCS guest passes for use by any acquaintance of flight attendant. Flight attendants required to travel to Winnipeg to attend training will be reimbursed — maximum $50 per trip — for taxi transportation in Winnipeg.
