Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2017, to Dec. 31, 2021. Signed on July 31, 2017.
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour for all work between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. $2 per hour for employees who paint or work outside at levels of 25 feet or more above ground, or required to descend into confined space while suspended in boatswain chair. $1 per hour for employees who enter confined space while not suspended in boatswain chair. 
Paid holidays: 13 days, plus half-days on Dec. 24 and Dec. 31. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 27 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after regular shift. Double time for all work after 12 hours per day. May be taken as leave, maximum 80 hours per year. 
Meal allowance: $15 when working overtime after 1 hour, additional $15 when work extends more than 5 hours after regular shift ends. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Vision: $450 every 2 years for employees, dependants. 
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 6 days per year. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1-times annual salary.
Pension: Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, brother, sister, spouse, common-law spouse resident with employee, child, child of common-law spouse, stepchild of employee, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in-law, relative residing in employee’s household). 1 day for death of grandparent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, uncle, aunt.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Probationary period: 620 hours worked. 
Safety shoes: Employers pays 100% of costs, maximum $200 per year.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide summer and winter gloves, summer and winter coveralls. Employer will supply rain gear. 
Tool allowance: Employer will supply all needed tools.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 7.7% increase): 
Level 5 (licensed electrician, certified millwright, grain inspector): $27.86 rising 4 steps to $30.01
Level 4 (head grain runner, head weighman, head distributor, fumigator, head grader, annex operator, lead dock hand): $26.72 rising 4 steps to $28.78
Level 3 (weighman, utility man 2, cleaning-machine operator, dryer operator): $25.96 rising 4 steps to $27.96
Level 2 (distributor, utility man 1): $25.07 rising 4 steps to $27.01
Level 1 (elevator worker, labourer): $23.49 rising 4 steps to $25.31
