Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2019. Signed on Feb. 1, 2017.
Shift premium: Shift-work differential pay for 8-hour shift employees: $0.93 per hour for A shift, $1.77 per hour for B shift, $3.10 per hour for C shift. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: $0.95 per hour for A shift, $1.81 per hour for B shift, $3.18 per hour for C shift. Shift-work differential pay for 12-hour shift employees: $1.18 per hour for D shift, $2.75 per hour for N shift. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: $1.21 per hour for D shift, $2.82 per hour for N shift. Shift-work differential pay for 12-hour-day shift employees: $1.18 per hour for D shift. Effective Feb. 1, 2018: $1.21 per hour for D shift. $0.89 per hour, minimum 8 hours, for dirty work.
Paid holidays: 9 days, plus 2 additional days to be determined in October each year for the following year. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 18 years, 6 weeks after 25 years, 7 weeks after 30 years. 
Meal allowance: Meal will be provided for shifts longer than 9.5 hours. Second meal will be provided after 13.5 hours. Meals will be provided if employee called into work on short notice and is unable to provide own meal. 
Dental: 100% coverage for basic and preventive care (routine oral examination, cleanings, fillings), maximum $2,000 per year. 50% coverage for restoration and replacement care (crowns, inlays, dentures), orthodontic treatment (maximum $1,000 per year, maximum $2,000 lifetime, to correct malocclusion of teeth).
Vision: $250 every 24 months.
Weekly indemnity: 75% basic earnings. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 65% of earnings, maximum $3,500 per month. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums for coverage of 2-times basic earnings.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (father, mother, husband, wife, child, sister, brother, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren). Additional 1 or 2 days for travel if required. 
Seniority – recall rights: 36 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 1,500 hours worked. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay for each complete year of continuous service plus 2 weeks’ pay times 1.15.
Safety shoes: Employer will pay for CSA-approved safety shoes up to maximum established by joint health and safety committee in November of each year.

Provincial C of Q & grandfathered tradespersons/fire captain: $48.64 rising 2 steps to $50.85
Certificate of apprenticeship: $46.77 rising 2 steps to $48.90
Flex trade (boilermaker/carpenter/CST/pipefitter/millwright/refrigeration millwright/welder/insulator/painter): $46.22 rising 2 steps to $48.32
Non-flexible tradespeople: $44.34 rising 2 steps to $46.36
Fire captain trainee: $38.97 rising 2 steps to $40.74
Trades assistant: $33.30 rising 2 steps to $34.82
ICET third co-op work term at ARL students: $30.66 rising 2 steps to $32.05
ICET/MTIM first and second co-op work term at ARL students: $24.94 rising 2 steps to $26.08
Summer student: $13.13 rising 2 steps to $13.72
