Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2016, to March 31, 2019. Signed on Aug. 29, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2016: 0%
Effective April 1, 2017: 2%
Effective April 1, 2018: 2.5%
Shift premium: Additional 5% for operations employees assigned to 7-day operation and rotating on 2 12-hour shift basis. Additional 5% for shift workers on 12-hour rotating schedules assigned to regular or temporary day schedule. Additional 5% for day workers placed on schedule other than 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Additional 5% for lab workers for any overtime day-shift hours or when working noon to 8 p.m. shift, or any hours worked after 8 p.m. Additional 5% for finished-product handling workers who work between 3 p.m. and 11 pm., or any hours worked after 11 p.m. $0.60 per hour or $0.40 per hour for dirty work. 
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 2 additional days off. 
Vacations with pay: 120 hours after 1 year, 160 hours after 10 years, 200 hours after 18 years, 240 hours after 25 years. 
Meal allowance: When working more than 2 hours of overtime, employer will provide suitable box lunch. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at regular rate. $20 for work less than 2 hours. 
Probationary period: 7 months. 
Severance: 2 weeks' pay, plus 2 weeks' pay per year of service, multiplied by 1.15.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide protective rubber clothing for employees who clean refinery oil and chemical tanks, railway tank cars, catalyst cars, refinery oil sumps, closed vessels of process plants, steam boilers, process plant furnaces.
