Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2016, to Jan. 31, 2018. Signed on May 18, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective 2016 to 2017: 3% for constables, corporals, sergeants
Effective 2016 to 2017: 0% for support staff
Effective 2017 to 2018: 1.5% for constables, corporals, sergeants, support staff
Shift premium: $250 for employees performing on-call duties of CPIC. $40 gasoline purchase for employee travelling to HQ to deal with CPIC field request. $1.50 per hour (previously $1 per hour) for evening and night shifts between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1 per hour for designated primary and secondary field-training employees. $1,000 per year for employees in canine-unit on full-time basis.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1.25 days per month to start, 1.5 days per month after 5 years, 2 days per month after 10 years, 2.5 days per month after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of employee’s scheduled daily work shift. May be banked, maximum 80 hours per year. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month. 
Bereavement leave: Maximum 5 days for death in immediate family. Additional 2 days for travel, if requested. 
Seniority – recall rights: 2 years. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at time and one-half, including travel time. 
Probationary period: 1 year. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply and replace all needed uniforms. Patrol Kevlar gloves are required clothing to be issued. $1,000 per year clothing allowance for employees regularly assigned to plain-clothes duties. $200 per year for suitable office attire. Employer will pay for dress uniform cleaning twice per year.
