Wage adjustments:
Rental sales agents, service agents, rovers
Effective June 1, 2016: $0.40 per hour 
Effective June 1, 2017: $0.40 per hour

Shuttlers
Effective June 1, 2016: $0.25 per hour

Mechanics

Utility agents

Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for any hours worked between midnight and 6 a.m., providing half of shift or more is scheduled or worked after midnight. $0.50 per hour to shuttlers for any hours worked between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., providing half of shift or more is worked after 8 p.m. $1.75 per hour for lead employees. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 week or 4% after 6 months, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of basic work week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays maximum 20% of premiums. 
Vision: $250 every 24 months. 
Sick leave: 1 day per month (beginning with fourth month of employment) for employees with less than 1 year of service. 1 day per month, maximum 10 days per year for employees with more than 1 year of service and advance of 5 days on each Jan. 1. 
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, same-sex partner, current stepparents, current stepchildren, current mother-in-law, current father-in-law, current step siblings). 3 days for death of grandparent. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 18 months.
Safety shoes: $70 per year (previously $60 per year) for all rental sales agents. $90 per year for all service agents, mechanics, rovers and shuttlers, utility agents that must be CSA-rated. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide uniforms to all employees. Special clothing — such as raincoats, toques, ear-bands, parkas — will be supplied by employer when appropriate. Employer will pay cost of dry cleaning at designated dry cleaner.

Start: $13.50
3 months full-time: $13.75

Shuttlers
Start: $11.20
3 months full-time: $11.45

Mechanics
Start: $18.90
12 months full-time: $19.90 
Utility agents
Start: $15.05
3 months full-time: $15.30
12 months full-time: $15.60
Ratification bonus: Any RSA, rover, service agent, whose base hourly rate as of June 1, 2016, is $14.35 or above, will be eligible for bonus of $500. Any technician or utility agent, whose base hourly rate as of June 1, 2016, is $16.19 or above, will be eligible for bonus of $500. Any shuttler, whose base hourly rate as of June 1, 2016, is $12.05 or above, will be eligible for bonus of $500.
Editor’s notes: Personal appearance: Employees will present themselves for work with neat and clean appearance in accordance with employer’s dress code and conduct themselves in manner appropriate to service organization. Parking: Any employee not supplied parking while working downtown will be paid $100 per month (previously $90 per month).
