Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2020. Signed on Dec. 19, 2017.
Shift premium: $0.80 per hour for employee required to work on shift other than regular or special day-shift. $0.40 per hour when employee is appointed to supervisory work as working leader.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 24 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work during scheduled lunch period; after regular 8-hour shift (maximum 3 hours); for first 8 hours on Saturday. Double time for all work after 3 hours of overtime; after 8 hours on Saturday; on Sunday or holiday. 
Meal allowance: $15 for employee who has worked until 4 p.m. on day-shift and is called back to work at 5:30 p.m. or employee who has worked until 5 p.m. on day-shift and is called back to work at 6:30 p.m.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums for plan equivalent to Blue Cross Dental Plan 9. 50% of cost for crowns. 50% of cost of orthodontic treatment, maximum $1,250. 50% of cost for caps and dentures.
Vision: $250 (previously $200) per person in any 2 consecutive years.
Paramedical: $500 per year; coverage for chiropractic and massages will increase to $30 per visit.
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums for coverage of $600 per week (previously $500 per week), maximum 52 weeks of absence. Effective Feb. 1, 2019: $750 per week.
Life insurance: Employer pays 90% of premiums, employee pays 10% of premiums for coverage of $75,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in family (spouse, parents, children, sisters, brothers, father-in-law, mother-in-law, any relative residing in employee’s household, grandparents, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren, spouses’ grandparents). 2 additional days for travel more than 500 miles 1-way.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months; 24 months after 10 years of seniority; 36 months after 15 years of seniority. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours at regular overtime rate.
Probationary period: 90 work days per 12-consecutive months’ period. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months. In case of layoffs more than 3 months in duration, 24-month period will be extended by duration of layoff.
Severance: After 2 years of employment, 2% of total earnings throughout period of employment or throughout last period of employment if employee was formerly employed and rehired.
