Tentative agreement reached between Teamsters, Ontario Northland

Union recommending members ratify the contract

The Ontario Northland Transportation Commission (Ontario Northland) and Teamsters Canada Rail Conference Division 910 recently reached a tentative agreement.

The five-year deal covers 54 employees working as motor coach operators, operator labourers and dispatchers.

Greg Baker, representative of the local Teamsters Canada Rail Conference Division said the union’s bargaining committee is recommending members accept the tentative agreement.

Ontario Northland has reached five-year agreements with all five of its unions in the past year.
