Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2018. Signed on Jan. 1, 2015.

Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 2.25%

Shift premium: Night differential of 25% of employee’s basic hourly rate will be paid for all work performed between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Paid holidays: 9 days.

Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 16 days after 6 years, 17 days after 7 years, 18 days after 8 years, 19 days after 9 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 21 days after 11 years, 22 days after 12 years, 23 days after 13 years, 24 days after 14 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 26 days after 21 years, 27 days after 22 years, 28 days after 23 years, 29 days after 24 years and 6 weeks after 25 years.

Overtime: Time and one-half to start. Double time after 12 hours per day.

Meal allowance: $15 after 10 hours of work. $75 for employees on out-of-town assignments.

Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s parent, stepparent, spouse, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, stepbrother, brother-in-law, sister, stepsister, sister-in-law, child, stepchild, grandparent or any relative residing with the employee.

Seniority – recall rights: 1 year.

Call-in pay: Time and one-half for a minimum of 4 hours.

Probationary period: 90 days.

Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
