Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 17, 2015, to Jan. 6, 2018. Signed on Feb. 17, 2015. Wage adjustments: Effective Jan. 6, 2016: 2% Effective Jan. 6, 2017: 2.5% Calculated by CLR. Shift premium: $1 per hour for all time worked during the evening shift. $1.30 per hour for all time worked during the night shift. 7.2% for lead hands. 2% for employees taking part in negotiations, 2.5% effective Jan. 6, 2017. Paid holidays: 6 days and a period in December and January. Vacations with pay: 1 day per month worked to a maximum of 10 days to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 19 years and 6 weeks after 30 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 4 hours of overtime and double time for all hours thereafter. Double time for all hours worked on Sunday. Sick leave: Employees can accumulate a maximum of 40 sick days. Bereavement leave: 5 days for employee’s father, mother, spouse, or child. 3 days for employee’s brother, sister, fatherin-law or mother-in-law. 1 day for employee’s grandparent, grandchild, brother-in-law or sister-in-law. Seniority – recall rights: 3 years. Probationary period: 6 months. Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
