Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2018.

Wage adjustments:
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 3%
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 3%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3.5%

Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for shifts between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., excluding overtime.

Paid holidays: 12 days. Paid half-day for Dec. 24.

Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 7 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 25 years. 

Overtime: Time and one-half for hours worked in excess of the 7.5-hour day or 8-hour day, dependent on the worker’s schedule. Time and one-half for statutory holiday work. Time and one-half for employees called in to work on their day off.

Medical benefits: 80% coverage for Alberta Health Care fees on a group basis.

Dental: 80% coverage of the dental plan, with 100% for endodontic, periodontal and oral surgery. 50% for removable prosthetics (dentures), 50% orthodontics for dependent children, 50% for major restorative.
