Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2015, to Dec. 31, 2017. Signed on April 17, 2015.

Wage adjustments:

Effective upon ratification: $500 lump sum
Effective Jan. 1, 2015: 3%
Effective Jan. 1, 2016: 3%
Effective Jan. 1, 2017: 3%

Shift premium:
75¢ per hour for all time worked on a shift that starts between 2 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. $1 per hour for all time worked on a shift that starts between 10 p.m. and 5:59 a.m.

Paid holidays:
11 days.

Vacations with pay:
1 day per 26 days worked to a maximum of 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 19 years and 6 weeks after 28 years.

Medical benefits:
Prescription drug fee of $3 (previously $2.50).

STD:
$700 (previously $690). $710 effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Life insurance:
$54,000 (previously $53,000). $55,000 effective Jan. 1, 2017. Optional life insurance to a maximum of $150,000 (previously $10,000).

Bereavement leave
: 5 days for employee’s spouse, child, stepchild, still-born child or parent. 3 days for employee’s grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, stepbrother or stepsister.

Seniority – recall rights:
30 days.

Editor’s notes:
Prep time: Employees will report for duty 10 minutes before the starting time of the shift. This time will be paid at 1/8 of the daily rate and will be paid in addition to basic pay. Inspection time: Employees will perform inspection duties for 10 minutes after the locomotives are delivered at the designated point. This time will be paid at 1/8 of the daily rate and will be paid in addition to basic pay. Personal days: 12 days.
