Renewal agreement: Effective March 17, 2015, to June 30, 2017. Signed on March 17, 2015. 
Wage adjustments: 
Shop employees
Effective July 1, 2015: 2%
Effective July 1, 2016: 2%
Calculated by CLR. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 10 years and 6 weeks after 16 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked beyond 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week.
Meal allowance: $65 per day.
Pension: Employer contributes $6 per hour worked for each employee to the Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan (previously $5). $7 effective July 1, 2016. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for employee’s spouse, father, mother, child, stepchild, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather or stepmother. 
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours.
