Workers at Rolling Dale in Brandon, Man., agree to new contract
Wage increases, clear language around on-call, work locations part of deal: UFCW

United Food and Commercial Workers Canada (UFCW), Local 832 members working at Rolling Dale Enterprises in Brandon, Man., voted in favour of a new two-year collective agreement on Dec. 19.
The new contract contains increases to wages and revamped language addressing on-call and work location processes, said the union.
Rolling Dale Enterprises provides housing and support — such as advocacy, individual consultation, training, and information — to individuals living with mental disabilities.
UFCW 832 members working at Rolling Dale assist these individuals with their daily needs and life challenges.
