Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 1, 2017, to Feb. 28, 2020. Signed on Nov. 1, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2017: 0.75% 
Effective Sept. 1, 2017: 0.5% 
Effective March 1, 2018: 2% 
Effective March 1, 2019: 2%
Shift premium: $0.48 per hour for employee who performs additional duties for audio visual. $0.50 per hour for certified (by employer) non-supervisory employee who acts as trainer. $0.75 for each hour worked when 50% or more of scheduled hours between midnight and 6 a.m. $2 extra for each 8 hours of work for employees working split-shifts.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: Prorated maximum 2 weeks to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 19 years, 6 weeks after 29 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts group benefit plan.
Dental: Maximum $1,500 per year (previously $1,400 per year). Lifetime maximum $1,000 per child for orthodontics coverage.
Vision: Maximum $350 every 2 years.
Paramedical: Maximum $1,100 per year (previously $1,000 per year). 
Weekly indemnity: Maximum $485 per week (previously $475 per week).
Sick leave: 1 hour for each 81 regular hours paid, maximum 24 hours.
AD&D: Coverage of $60,000.
Life insurance: Coverage of $60,000.
Pension: Employer, employee will contribute 3.2% to Fairmont Hotels Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, stepchild. 4 days for death of parent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepparent. 3 days for death of brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild. 1 additional day if funeral is held outside Alberta. 
Seniority - recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at time and one-half. 
Probationary period: 480 working hours (excluding training hours, maximum 10 training days) or after completing 6 months of actual work, whichever comes first. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year.
Safety shoes: $75 per year for employees required to wear safety shoes (culinary, stewarding, maintenance, receiving clerk, storeperson, banquet porters, house persons, guest services). 
Uniforms/clothing: Employees who are required to wear uniforms, will be provided with them by employer free of charge.
Tool allowance: $200 per year for kitchen, maintenance departments.
