Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2020. Signed on Oct. 3, 2017.
Shift premium: $1 per hour for all hours worked as team leader or training-team leader.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 9 years, 6 weeks after 18 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8, 10 or 12 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $400 per month (previously $310 per month) per employee to Teamsters Benefits Programme Trust Fund.
Dental: 100% coverage for basic dental. 50% coverage for major dental, orthodontic. Maximum $2,000 per person per year for basic, major. Maximum $2,500 lifetime for orthodontic. 
Vision: $300 in any 12-month period for persons younger than 18; $300 in any 24-month period for persons 18 or older. Eye examinations, maximum $80 every 24 months. $200 per lifetime, if vision can be improved to at least 20/40 level for contact lenses, eyeglass lenses, or eyeglass frames required after cataract surgery. 
LTD: Coverage of 66.7% of monthly earnings, maximum $3,000 per month 
AD&D: Coverage of 2 times basic annual earnings rounded to next higher $1,000, maximum $200,000. 
Life insurance: Coverage of 2 times basic annual earnings rounded to next higher $1,000, maximum $500,000.
Pension: Employer will contribute $0.90 per hour (previously $0.85 per hour) per employee to Teamsters Local Union 847 Defined Contribution Pension Plan. Effective April 1, 2019: $0.95 per hour. Employer will participate in Teamsters Local Union 847 Voluntary Group RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse (including same-sex spouse/partner if residing together at least 6 months), parents (including foster and stepparents), parent’s spouse, grandparents, grandchildren, children (including foster and stepchildren), brothers, sisters, mother- and father-in-law and their spouses, legal guardians, any relative residing in employee’s household). 2 days for death of brother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece. Additional unpaid leave if funeral is 500 kilometres away from airport. 
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Probationary period: 60 days after obtaining CATSA certification or 90 days for employees hired with CATSA certification. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply uniform which it requires employees to wear.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after increase):
Screening officers: $20.46 rising 2 steps to $20.95
Level 1 training/probation: $16.94 rising 1 step to $16.95
$1,000 lump sum as of ratification date for full-time employees
$350 lump sum as of ratification date for part-time employees
$500 lump sum as of April 1, 2018, for full-time employees
$200 lump sum as of April 1, 2018, for part-time employees
Editor’s notes: Parking: Employer will pay cost of parking at airports on behalf of all employees. Employer will pay 50% of cost of parking at airports for employees hired after Jan. 1, 2018. Orthopaedic shoes/orthotics: $200 per shoe or maximum of $400 per year covered. Hearing aids: $500 every 5 years (including repairs).
