Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 1, 2017, to Jan. 31, 2022. Ratified on Dec. 15, 2017. Signed on April 24, 2018. 
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 4% to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 44 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on sixth or seventh day. Double time for all work after 12 hours per day. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 80% of premiums, employee pays 20% of premiums for employees hired before Feb. 2, 2002. Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for employees hired after Feb. 2, 2002. 
Dental: 80% coverage for basic, preventative. 50% coverage for major, orthodontics (lifetime maximum $1,500 per child). Combined maximum $1,500 per year. 
Vision: $100 every 24 months.
Paramedical: Maximum $500. Maximum $1,000 per year for clinical psychology, speech therapy.
Sick leave: 4 days per year, after 1 year of service. Unused days will be paid out at end of year at 50% rate. 
AD&D: Coverage of $25,000 (previously $20,000).
Life insurance: Coverage of $25,000 (previously $20,000).
Pension: Employer will make matching RRSP contributions, maximum $400 per year, for employee with 5 or more years of service.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, spouse, partner, son, daughter, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents, stepchildren, stepparents).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Pay for actual hours worked if call-in is less than 2 hours after completion of regular shift. Minimum 3 hours of pay if call-in is more than 2 hours after completion of regular shift. 
Probationary period: 60 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will furnish, launder, clean and keep in repair all required uniforms. For outside work, employer will provide appropriate rain or winter apparel such as parkas or raincoats, safety boots for winter and summer.

Supervisor: $15.88 rising 14 steps to $17.90
Room and laundry attendant: $14.92 rising 14 steps to $17.32
Houseperson: $14.92 rising 14 steps to $17.32
Night cleaner (security): $16.95 rising 14 steps to $19.10
Front office
Supervisor: $17.51 rising 14 steps to $19.84
Guest services: $15.64 rising 14 steps to $17.68
Night auditor: $17.26 rising 14 steps to $19.61
