Renewal agreement: Effective Dec. 1, 2017, to Nov. 30, 2021. Ratified on Feb. 18, 2018. Signed on Jan. 18, 2018.
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for afternoon-shift workers who start between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. $0.45 per hour for graveyard-shift workers who start between 10 p.m. and midnight. $0.15 per hour for 1 employee from each department who holds first-aid certificate.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 12 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or all work on Saturday. Double time for all work on Sunday or all work after 48 hours per week. May be banked, maximum 40 hours. 
Meal allowance: Employer will provide adequate lunch when overtime of more than 2 hours is worked.
Medical benefits: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Plan Coverage. Flexible health spending account: $150 in first and second year of agreement; $200 in third year; $250 in fourth year. 
Dental: Employer will pay 100% of premiums.
Vision: $300 once every 24 months for prescription glasses, contact lens. 
Paramedical: Employer will pay 100% of costs. $500 per year for physiotherapy. $100 per person per year for licensed speech therapists, psychologists. $200 per person per year for massage therapists, chiropractors.
Weekly indemnity: Employer will pay 100% of premiums for coverage of 67% of weekly earnings, maximum $900 per week.
Life insurance: Coverage of $40,000 (previously $35,000).
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, legal spouse, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren). 3 days for death of all other family members such as brother-in-law, sister-in-law.
Seniority – recall rights: Actual service time with less than 6 months of service; 12 months after 6 months of service; 18 months after 5 years of service. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for absenteeism infraction; 15 months for all other discipline.
Severance: $350 per year of service after 2 years of service.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide coveralls, work shirts, pants, winter gear, which includes head coverings and gloves. Employees will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining coveralls, work shirts, pants, winter gear.
Tool allowance: $310 per year for each maintenance employee.
Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre for over-the-road drivers.
