Renewal agreement: Effective March 18, 2018, to March 19, 2022. Ratified on June 13, 2018. Signed on June 13, 2018.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour (previously $0.70 per hour) (excluding employees classified as driver 2) for all hours on afternoon shift. $1.35 per hour (previously $1.30 per hour) for all hours on midnight shift.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2, 4, 6 or 8 days (4-day work weeks) or 3, 5, 8 or 10 days (5-day work week) to start, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 4 years, 4 weeks after 10 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work in excess of daily or weekly hours. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Health Care. $350 per year for health-care spending account 
Dental: 80% coverage for basic dental care. 80% coverage for major care.
Vision: $200 every 2 years
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 70% of earnings to maximum established by Employment Insurance, maximum 26 weeks
AD&D: Coverage of $45,000 (previously $40,000).
Life insurance: Coverage of $45,000 (previously $40,000).
Pension: Employer will contribute $0.80 per hour (previously $0.75 per hour) on behalf of all employees to group RSP.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (spouse, same-sex partner, common-law partner, parent, child, brother, sister, stepparents). 2 days for death of other member of family (stepsister, stepbrother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, common-law child).
Probationary period: 60 days worked. 45 days worked for current employees when entering new classification. 
Severance: 1 week with less than 2 years of service; 2 weeks after 2 years of service; 4 weeks after 4 years of service; 5 weeks after 6 years of service; 6 weeks after 8 years of service; 8 weeks after 10 years of service. 
Safety shoes: Effective March 17, 2019: $135 per year (previously $125 per year) for safety shoes; $75 per year (previously $70 per year) for safety rubber boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Uniforms will be worn by employees and will be provided by employer. Employer will provide uniforms with uniform supplier who will launder and repair clothing as necessary. Employer will provide hairnets to employees.
Tool allowance: Effective March 17, 2019: Employer will pay $50 per year (previously $45 per year) small-tool allowance for PMO/PO level 1 employees; $140 per year (previously $140 per year) for all PMO/PO employees greater than level 1; $150 per year for all maintenance levels.
Mileage: Semi-driver (prairie per-mile rate): $0.543 rising 4 steps to $0.59. Semi-driver (mountain rate for miles driven in B.C. only): $0.564 rising 4 steps to $0.61

Entry level: $18.52 rising 4 steps to $19.51
Regular part-time manufacturing technician: $20.60 rising 4 steps to $21.70

Level 2

Retroactive pay: 1-time lump-sum payment of 1.5% of hourly rate on all hours paid from March 18, 2018 until new wage is implemented
Editor’s notes: Personal-leave days: Employees with 90 days of service will be entitled to 2 paid personal-leave days and 3 unpaid personal-leave days per calendar year. Truck-driver layovers: Employer will reimburse driver, maximum 3 meals per 24-hour layover. Maximum $10 per meal will be paid: First meal after 4 hours on layover; second meal after 8 hours on layover; third meal after 12 hours on layover. $7 shower allowance for second night out.
