Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2022. Ratified on Oct. 3, 2018. Signed on Nov. 20, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective April 1, 2018: 1.25%
Effective April 1, 2019: 1.5%
Effective April 1, 2020: 2%
Effective April 1, 2021: 2.5%
Shift premium: $1.75 per hour for any shifts (excluding overtime) performed between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. 1 hour extra straight-time pay for each full Saturday or Sunday shift worked. $50 per month for completion of any level 1 courses related to classification of water/waste water. $75 per month for completion of any level 2 courses related to classification of water/waste water. $0.50 per hour for water-safety instructor, life-saving instructor, instructor training Red Cross.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 10 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours after 8 hours per day for outside workers, community peace officers, bylaw officers. Time and one-half for all hours after 7 hours per day for inside workers. May be taken as time off, maximum 20 overtime hours may be banked. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Alberta Municipal Services Corporation (AMSC) coverage.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1 day per month, maximum 12 days to start; 18 days per year after 1 year of service; 20 days per year after 3 years of service. 
STD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of salary, $1,000 weekly maximum.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual salary.
Pension: After 6 months of service, all employees will become members of Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (husband, son, sister, niece, wife, daughter, brother, nephew, common-law spouse, mother, stepchildren, father, stepparents). 3 days for death of grandparent, grandchild, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncle. 2 additional days for travel more than 350 kilometres.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum payment of double time for 2 hours.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Severance: 1 week’s pay after 3 months, 2 weeks’ pay after 2 years, 4 weeks’ pay after 4 years, 5 weeks’ pay after 6 years, 6 weeks’ pay after 8 years, 8 weeks’ pay after 10 years. 
Safety shoes: $100 per year for CSA-approved safety footwear. May be carried over into following year, maximum $200.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply outside workers with rubber (gum) boots, work gloves, slickers, 3 pair of overalls/coveralls, 1 of which may be insulated overalls/coveralls. Employer will supply special constables with uniform, including pants, shirts, belts, shoes. 3 pair of shorts, 3 T-shirts per year, plus $75 per year swimming-suit allowance for pool staff. 1 jacket, 1 hoodie, 1 vest or 2 T-shirts (for identification purposes) per year; gloves and other safety equipment as required for arena staff.

Any service call will be remunerated with overtime pay. Personal-benefit days: 1 day after 1 year; 1.5 days after 2 years; 2 days after 3 years.
