Renewal agreement: Effective April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2020. Ratified on Sept 24, 2018. Signed on Dec. 4, 2018.
Shift premium: $2.50 per hour (previously $1.75 per hour) for evening shift, night shift (where majority of hours fall between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), weekend evening shift (plus weekend premium of $2 per hour), weekend night shift (plus weekend premium of $2 per hour). $3 per hour (previously $2.25 per hour) for weekend day shift. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 75 hours to start, 112.5 hours after 3 years, 150 hours after 6 years, 187.5 hours after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.5 or 7.75 hours per day or 37.5 or 38.75 hours per week. Time and one-half for all work on assigned day off or on concurrent shift. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 80% coverage for preventive, basic treatments. Maximum reimbursement $1,500 per year
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 7.5 hours for every 165 hours worked, maximum 90 hours.
AD&D: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1 times annual earnings.
Life insurance: Employee pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 1 times annual earnings.
Pension: Employer contributes 3% (previously 2%), employee contributes 3% (previously 2%) to voluntary RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of husband, wife, common-law spouse, child, parent, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, grandparent, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchild, guardian.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rate or actual number of hours worked at overtime rate, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 450 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Severance: 1 week after 3 months of service; 2 weeks after 2 years of service; 3 weeks after 4 years of service; 4 weeks after 6 years of service; 5 weeks after 8 years of service; 8 weeks after 10 years of service.
