Renewal agreement: Effective Nov. 1, 2018, to March 31, 2021. Signed on Dec. 17, 2018. 
Shift premium: $1 per hour for any shifts starting after 4 p.m. or prior to midnight. $1.50 per hour for full-time field mechanics. $2 per hour for lead-hand defined as employee who, from knowledge of tool-room operation and experience, is able to provide direction or instructions to other employees. $1.50 per hour for each hour worked in field.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks to start, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 8 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: Employer will provide meal (hot where possible) for employee working more than 2 hours unscheduled overtime after regular work day,
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $295 for each month of service for each employee, to Prairie Teamsters, Health and Welfare Plan. Any amount above $295 per month will be borne 100% by employee.
Pension: Employer will contribute $4 per hour worked to Teamsters Prairie Provinces Pension Plan. Employees must have 18 months of service before employer will make contributions.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, sons, daughters, stepsons, stepdaughters, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren). Additional 1 unpaid travel day to deal with death of family member.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months.
Call-in pay: Time and one-half for all hours worked; double time for employee called to work for overtime on day off, within 12 hours of notification to work overtime.
Probationary period: 90 calendar days. 
Safety shoes: $180 per year for CSA-approved boots.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply adequate quantity of coveralls for each employee required to wear them. Cost of cleaning will be borne by employer.

Mechanic, journeyman: $55.75 rising 3 steps to $56.31
Electrician/journeyman/welder/gasfitter/small engine mechanic: $48.39 rising 3 steps to $48.87
Technician: $42.54 rising 3 steps to $42.96
Parts person: $39.91 rising 3 steps to $40.31
Lube tech: $38.50 rising 3 steps to $38.88
Customer service: $37.51 rising 3 steps to $37.89
Driver transport-truck: $36.83 rising 3 steps to $37.20
Driver rollback: $36.33 rising 3 steps to $36.69
Driver: $35.83 rising 3 steps to $36.19
Shipper/receiver warehouse: $34.19 rising 3 steps to $34.53
Yard worker/utility $28.31 rising 3 steps to $28.59
Parts (certified 3-year apprenticeship)
Year 1: 70% full-rate

Editor’s notes: Housing and employment adjustment premium: For workers who don’t have camp supplied, employer will pay $1,250 per month (previously $1,350 per month) or $576.92 bi-weekly (previously $623.08 bi-weekly); $800 per month of $369.23 bi-weekly for new hires after ratification. Standby: For on-call customer service employees, on-call mechanics or drivers how are supplied with cellphones or pagers, employer will provide 1 meal or $25 meal ticket per day. When assigned on-call customer service employee fields and dispatches 1 or more calls outside of normally scheduled shift or approved overtime, employee will receive additional $25 meal ticket for that day. Industry fund: Employer will contribute $0.05 per hour to Teamsters industry advancement fund.
