Wage adjustments:

Shift premium: $2.75 per hour (previously $1.75 per hour) for working shift where at least one-half of hours are between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. $3.25 for each hour worked (previously $1.75 per hour) from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Paid holidays: 13 days. 
Vacations with pay: 15 days or 108.75 hours to start, 20 days or 145 hours after 5 years, 25 days or 181.25 hours after 13 years, 30 days or 217.5 hours after 21 years, 35 days or 253.75 hours after 30 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 7.25 hours per day or 36.25 hours per week, double time after 2 hours of overtime. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. Employer will provide $1,250 per year (previously $1,000 per year) for flexible spending account
Dental: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums. 80% for basic coverage. 70% for major coverage, maximum $2,500 per year. Orthodontic coverage of 50%, lifetime maximum of $2,500.
Paramedical: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums. $50 per visit, maximum $1,000 for all practitioners except psychologists; $70 per visit, maximum $1,000 for psychologists.
Sick leave: 16 paid personal leave days per year. Unused days will be paid out at 30% at end of year. For general illnesses: 100% of salary for 30 days; 90% of salary for following 25 days; 80% of salary for following 25 days. May be used for bereavement. 
LTD: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums. 70% of basic salary, payable after 80-day elimination period, maximum $6,400 per month. 
AD&D: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums for coverage of 1 or 2.5 times basic annual salary, maximum $300,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums for coverage of 1 or 2.5 times basic annual salary, maximum $300,000.
Call-in pay: Minimum 3 hours’ pay at overtime rate for hours worked and travelling time. 
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 30 months (disciplinary action is subject of unresolved grievance).
Severance: 14 weeks after 1 year; 15 weeks after 2 years; 16 weeks after 3 years; 17 weeks after 4 years; 19 weeks after 5 years; 22 weeks after 6 years; 25 weeks after 7 years; 28 weeks after 8 years; 31 weeks after 9 years; 34 weeks after 10 years; 37 weeks after 11 years; 40 weeks after 12 years; 43 weeks after 13 years; 47 weeks after 14 years; 52 weeks after 15 years.
Uniforms/clothing: Protective clothing, safety equipment will be supplied by employer.
Mileage: $350 per month for employees who use personal vehicle for regular duties.

Editor’s notes: Training hours: Employee attending training course or seminar on normal day of work will be paid at straight-time rate for hours spent on training, maximum number of normal daily hours of work for that period. Employee attending training on weekend will receive day off in lieu. Standby pay: 1 hour’s pay at regular rate for each 8 hours on standby; 1 hour’s pay at regular rate for each 6 hours on standby on paid holiday. Parking: Employees will not be charged for unreserved parking space at Windermere worksite. Referral ambassador program: When employee recommends candidate for suitable competition and referral is hired, referral payment will be paid, in 2 installments for total award of $500.
