Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2021. Ratified on Jan. 10, 2019. Signed on Jan. 28, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 2%
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 2%
Shift premium: $1.28 per hour for hours worked outside 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. limit. Effective 2020: $1.31 per hour. Effective 2021: $1.34 per hour. $1.79 per hour for hours work as lead-hand. Effective 2020: $1.89 per hour. Effective 2021: $1.87 per hour.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 3 weeks after 1 year, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years, 6 weeks after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time after 2 hours of overtime. May be banked, maximum 40 hours at any given time. All banked overtime will be paid out by pay period 26 each year. Overtime worked in pay period 26 cannot be accrued as banked overtime. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. Employer will provide $600 per year for wellness account. 
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums.
Sick leave: 1.25 days per month, maximum 120 days. 50% of unused days will be paid out upon retirement. 
LTD: Employee pays 100% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of 2 times annual basic salary.
Pension: Employer pays 50% of contributions, employee pays 50% of contributions to group pension plan.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of husband, wife, common-law spouse, child, father, mother, sister, brother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild. Additional 2 days for travel more than 720 kilometres or 450 road miles from Lloydminster. One-half day to attend funeral as pallbearer. Maximum 22 hours if employee is proven executor.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours of pay at applicable regular or overtime rate.
Probationary period: 3 months (minimum 520 basic hours based on 40 hours per week). 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 2 years.
Safety shoes: $200 per year. Replacement boots will be reimbursed as required due to wear and tear.
Tool allowance: $50 per month, payable bi-weekly, for mechanics (apprentices and journeyman).

Editor’s notes: Resignation: Employee is required to provide employer with 2 weeks prior written notice if they wish to resign. Should employee request withdrawal of resignation within 5 business days of giving it, and should employer accept withdrawal, employee’s seniority will not be affected. Standby: Employees assigned to standby duty will be reimbursed: $25 for Monday to Friday between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.; $45 for Saturday to Sunday between 8 a.m. and 8 a.m.; $55 for statutory holidays between 8 a.m. and 8 a.m.
