Renewal agreement: Effective March 26, 2018, to March 25, 2024. Ratified on March 17, 2018. Signed on Sept. 20, 2018.
Shift premium: $1.10 per hour for each full hour worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m. where schedule calls for shift to begin after 12:01 p.m. and before midnight. $1.10 per hour for each hour employee works in freezer. Effective March 26, 2019: $1.15 per hour. Effective March 26, 2021: $1.20 per hour. $0.50 per hour to lead-hands. 
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 80 hours after 1 year, 120 hours after 4 years, 160 hours after 10 years, 200 hours after 17 years, 240 hours after 23 years. Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 80 hours after 1 year, 120 hours after 4 years, 160 hours after 9 years, 200 hours after 16 years, 240 hours after 22 years. Effective Jan. 1, 2022: 1 additional day per year of continued service, maximum 3 days after 26 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 or 10 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Double time after 3 hours of overtime or 12 hours per day. May be banked. Must be taken by Dec. 31 of current year or will be paid out. 
Meal allowance: $8.50 when employee works more than 2 hours of overtime immediately following end of scheduled shift
Dental: $1,500 maximum per year. Coverage of 75% on crowns, bridges, major restorative expenses, complete exam once every 2 years.
Vision: $250 every 24 months (previously $150 every 24 months). $60 every 12 months for eye examinations.
Paramedical: 80% maximum per visit per person, combined maximum $1,000 per year, for eligible paramedical practitioners.
Weekly indemnity: Greater of $325 or 50% of weekly earnings (employee’s rate plus premiums, times 40 hours).
Sick leave: 8 hours per month, maximum 40 hours, after 6 months of service.
LTD: 60% of base wage (regular hourly rate times 173 hours) at time of disability, maximum $1,000 per month.
Life insurance: Employer-paid life benefit equal to $45,000.
Pension: Teamster Pension Plan. Employer will make a per-hour contribution to fund. Effective March 26, 2018: $2.20 per hour. Effective March 26, 2019: $2.30 per hour. Effective March 26, 2020: $2.40 per hour. Effective March 26, 2021: $2.50 per hour. Effective March 26, 2022: $2.60 per hour. Effective March 26, 2023: $2.70 per hour.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, parent, child, stepchild, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild.
Seniority – recall rights: Time equivalent to one-half length of service after 3 months of service; time equivalent to length of service, maximum 1 year, after 1 year of service. 1 day for employee who acts as pallbearer.
Probationary period: 1,040 hours within any 12 consecutive months. 
Severance: 2 weeks’ pay for each year of service, maximum 30 weeks.
Safety shoes: $100 per year redeemable at 1 of preferred providers designated by employer; $125 per year for employees in posted freezer position. Unused amount may be carried forward to following year. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide coveralls, parkas, mitts, gloves, headwear.
