Renewal agreement: Effective July 14, 2017, to July 13, 2020. Ratified on Oct. 11, 2018. Signed on Nov. 29, 2018.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Oct. 1, 2018: $15 per hour start rates for housekeeping aide, laundry aide, food-services aide.
Effective first pay period after ratification: 2% for housekeeping aide, laundry aide, food-services aide, cook, maintenance worker 1, maintenance worker 2, unit clerk, uncertified.
Effective March 14, 2019: Wage reopener.
Shift premium: $0.75 per hour for employee in food-services department who assumes temporary responsibilities of lead-hand. $2.40 per hour for work where majority of shift falls between 3 p.m. and 7 a.m. $2.40 per hour for work where majority of shift falls during 64-hour period beginning 3 p.m. on Friday.
Paid holidays: 11 days, plus 1 float day (for full-time employees only). If employer cannot accommodate schedule for float day, it will be paid out at end of December. Float day will not be carried over from 1 year to next.
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month of service, maximum 10 days or 4% to start, 3 weeks or 6% after 1 year, 4 weeks or 8% after 6 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 16 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. Maximum 1 week may be carried over from 1 year to next. 
Overtime: Double time for all hours worked after 7.75 hours per day or 77.50 hours per 14-day biweekly period.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of 80% of routine preventative work; 50% of major restorative work, maximum $1,500 per year.
Vision: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums for coverage of $200 reimbursement every 24 months per participant, dependant. 
Sick leave: 11.5 hours for each 168 hours worked, maximum 930 hours.
LTD: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage 66 2/3% of salary. 
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of 200% of annual earnings, maximum $200,000.
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of 200% of annual earnings, maximum $200,000.
Pension: Employer will match employee contribution, maximum 5%, employee may contribute 5% to group RRSP.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother, sister, legal guardian, grandparent, grandchild. Additional 2 unpaid days for travel further than 350 kilometres away from place of residence. 
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months. 
Call-in pay: Overtime rate or 3 hours’ pay at hourly rate, whichever is greater.
Probationary period: 465 hours worked. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months for discipline, excluding suspensions; 30 months for discipline, involving suspensions.
