Renewal agreement: Effective May 1, 2018, to April 30, 2021. Signed on June 25, 2018.
Shift premium: 15% for second shift. 18% for third shift.
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 9% vacation and holiday allowance on each pay cheque in lieu of paid vacation and holidays. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours after normal hours per day. Double time for all work after 2 hours of overtime or on Saturday, Sunday. 
Meal allowance: Meal or $26 (previously $20) after 2 hours of unscheduled overtime and every 4 hours thereafter. 
Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $2.50 per hour to welfare fund.
Pension: Employer will contribute $7.17 per hour rising 2 steps to $7.32 per hour to pension fund.
Call-in pay: Paid at applicable overtime rate, minimum 2 hours.
Probationary period: 1,000 hours. 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide safety hats, glasses, gloves, rain suits as required.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 1.5% increase):
Commercial journeyman: $51.50 rising 2 steps to $52.25
Commercial apprentice (first 1,001, to 2,800 hours): $26.78 rising 2 steps to $27.17
Major industrial journeyman: $54.07 rising 2 steps to $54.82
Major industrial journeyman apprentice (first 1,001, to 2,800 hours): $28.12 rising 2 steps to $28.51
Light commercial journeyman: $44.54 rising 2 steps to $45.29
Light commercial journeyman apprentice (first 1,001, to 2,800 hours): $23.16 rising 2 steps to $23.55
Sheeter/decker journeyman: $45.06 rising 2 steps to $45.81
Sheeter/decker assistant: $37.40 rising 2 steps to $38.02
Material handler: $29.74 rising 2 steps to $30.23
Editor’s notes: Room and board allowance: Effective May 1, 2019: $127 per day worked (previously $125 per day worked). Effective May 1, 2020: $129 per day worked.
