Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2022. Ratified on Feb. 13, 2019. Signed on April 25, 2019.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2021: 1%
Effective Jan. 1, 2022: 1.5%
Shift premium: $1.50 per hour training ($2 per hour for job rate) for lead-hands. Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $2.50 per hour. $2 per hour for trainer, pesticide applicator, welding course (minimum 24-hour basic course). 10% above regular rate for employees relieving non-union position.
Paid holidays: 12 days, plus last working day before Christmas.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8, 9 hours per day or 40, 44 hours per week, depending on time of year. Double time after 4 hours of overtime on weekday. Time and one-half for first 8 hours, double time thereafter, for work on regularly scheduled day off or on holiday. May be taken as time off in lieu, maximum 72 hours for permanent employees, 36 hours for seasonal employees, 18 hours for casual employees. 
Meal allowance: $30 in lieu of meal for employee who works 3 consecutive hours or more of overtime per day.
Medical benefits: After 6 months of service, employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Dental: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month worked, maximum 90 working days. Employees will be given days off with pay for not using sick time: 3 days if no time used; 2 days if 1 sick day used.
AD&D: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums. 
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 4 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, grandparent, sister, brother, child, stepparent, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, stepchild, sister-in-law, aunt, grandchild, spouse, uncle). Additional 2 days if employee travels more than 482 kilometres (300 miles) from residence for funeral or burial. 1 day to attend a funeral as pallbearer.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Time and one-half for minimum 2 hours. 
Probationary period: 6 months.
