Renewal agreement: Effective July 16, 2018, to July 15, 2021. Signed on Nov. 27, 2018. (First agreement.)
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 15 years. 
Medical benefits: After 6 months of service, employee is entitled to group insurance plan. 
Sick leave: 1 day for every 2 months worked (if not using sick leave during those months), maximum 6 days accumulated. At end of each year, days not taken will be banked, cumulative maximum 30 days or 36 days. 
Pension: Employees will participate in company pension plan. 
Bereavement leave: After 3 months of service, 5 days for death of spouse, mother, father, son, daughter. 3 days for death of sister, brother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, any other close relative. 
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months for layoff, 24 months for illness or injury. 
Probationary period: 1 year or 2,080 hours beginning when attendant has received line indoctrination. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 36 months.
Safety shoes: $80 per year for non-slip black shoes that complement uniform 
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will pay $30 per month for dry cleaning uniforms.

Entry: $14.94
1-year probation: $15.45

Editor’s notes: Meals: When on duty, employee may claim per diem for meals, if no meal provided by employer: $15 for breakfast; $20 for lunch; $30 for supper; $15 for snack.
