Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2022. Ratified on Feb. 1, 2019. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective Jan. 1. 2018: $0.30 per hour
Effective Jan. 1, 2019: $0.30 per hour
Effective Jan. 1, 2020: $0.40 per hour
Effective Jan. 1. 2021: $0.40 per hour
Effective Jan. 1, 2022: $0.40 per hour
Shift premium: $0.50 per hour for employees on night shift. $0.50 per hour for journeymen millwright holding class B welding certificate. $0.75 per hour for maintenance employees holding certificate of professional aptitude (journeymen) issued by province. $0.50 per hour for maintenance employees holding certificate of aptitude in another area of maintenance, if beneficial to operation. $0.35 per hour for employees with job in levels 1, 2, 3 and with 5 years of experience. $0.50 per hour for employees with job in level 4A and with 5 years of experience. $1 per hour for employees with job in level 4B and with 5 years of experience. $2.25 per hour for lead-hands.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus 1 floating holiday. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 2 weeks or 4%, to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 2 weeks or 5% after 3 years, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 12 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all work outside weekly posted schedule. 
Meal allowance: Maximum $20 for meal if employee works, without advance notice, for more than 2 additional hours outside regular work hours.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 80% coverage for minor dental care, services. Maximum $1,000 per person per year. 
STD: Coverage of 66.67% of weekly salary, maximum $400 per week, maximum 26 weeks.
LTD: Coverage of 50% of monthly salary, maximum 85% from all sources.
AD&D: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums.
Life insurance: Employer pays 50% of  premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums for coverage of $20,000.
Pension: Employer will match employee’s contribution, maximum 1% in group retirement saving plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, child, child of spouse, father, mother, brother, sister. 3 days for death of father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandparent of spouse. 1 day for death of grandchild. 1 additional day if employee must travel more than 250 kilometres. 
Seniority – recall rights: 24 months to start; 36 months after 10 years. 
Probationary period: 65 days of work within 1 year. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: Employer will select at least 3 models of preferred CSA quality steel-toed security boots from vendor and employee can choose 1 pair from selection and boots will be paid in full. Employee will receive $175 credit (previously $150 credit), to be paid to vendor by employer, and to be used between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs. Employer will provide coveralls to maintenance team.
