Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019, to Dec. 31, 2022. Ratified on Feb. 11, 2019. Signed on May 1, 2019.
Paid holidays: 11 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. Unused time will be paid out on last pay cheque of year in which they were accrued. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours of overtime, double time thereafter. Double time for all work on Sundays. May be taken as time off in lieu. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums (previously employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums).
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums (previously employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums).
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums (previously employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums).
Sick leave: 1.5 days per month. May be accumulated, maximum 90 days (120 days for those employed as of July 1, 1992). 
LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of minimum 2/3 salary after 13 weeks. 
Life insurance: Employer pays 75% of premiums, employee pays 25% of premiums.
Pension: Local Authorities Pension Plan.
Bereavement leave: 5 days (previously 3 days) for death of spouse, common-law spouse, child, grandchild, foster-child. 3 days for death of mother, father, brother, sister, guardian, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent(s) of employee/employee’s spouse.
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours at time and one-half for first 2 hours, double time for all hours worked thereafter.
Probationary period: 6 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Uniforms/clothing: $300 (previously $250) for personal-protective equipment. Employer will supply hard hats, basic rain wear, severe-weather coveralls, basic eye protection, basic rubber footwear, basic ear protection, safety vest, basic rubber gloves, basic dust inhalation protection, severe-weather head wear, basic hand wear, severe weather gloves, approved coveralls, severe-weather safety-toed boots, approved steel-toed boots, all other safety items desired.
