Renewal agreement: Effective June 21, 2018 to June 20, 2021. Signed on Jan. 17, 2019.

Shift premium: $1 per hour for journeyman reefer tech who completes 2-week Thermo King course. $2 per hour after 1-year anniversary of obtaining journeyperson status for trailer or reefer journeyperson. $4 per hour after 1-year anniversary of obtaining journeyperson status for truck journeyperson. $1.50 per hour for truck-shop employees who hold truck-safety certification. $1.50 per hour for reefer/trailer shop employees who hold trailer-safety certification. $0.60 per hour for truck and reefer/trailer shop employees who hold MOPIA (Manitoba Ozone Protection Association) certification. $1 per hour for tire-shop employees who hold wheel-installer certification. $0.25 per hour for employees who hold forklift certification; additional $0.25 for employees who hold propane certification, maximum $0.50 per hour. $1 per hour to employees who work on mobile-service truck. $0.75 per hour for all weekday hours on afternoon shift between 3:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.; additional $0.90 per hour for all hours worked on weekend; $1 per hour for all hours worked on midnight shift after 11 p.m. (to obtain weekend or midnight premiums, this must be employee’s regular shift). $1per hour for employee who oversees operation of department (lead-hands/assistant-foreman) for more than 2 hours.

Paid holidays: 10 days.
