Workers at Lancaster Technologies in Fort Erie, Ont., sign new deal

Members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), Local 103 ratified a new collective agreement with Lancaster Technologies in Fort Erie, Ont., on June 17.

The multi-year agreement provides wage increases of $1.65 per hour over the life of the agreement, said the union.

Other agreement highlights include the inclusion of part-time employees into the bargaining unit and the pension plan, increased pension contributions, increased vision care and increased shoe allowance, said IAM.
