Renewal agreement: Effective Sept. 27, 2015, to April 30, 2020. Signed on Nov. 27, 2015. 
Wage adjustments: 
Effective May  7, 2016: Average percentage change in the Alberta “All Items” CPI calculated over the period from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of the prior calendar year.
Effective first Sunday in May 2017: Percentage change in Alberta CPI.
Effective first Sunday in May 2018: Percentage change in Alberta CPI.
Effective first Sunday in May 2019: Percentage change in Alberta CPI.
Shift premium: Night shift between 4 p.m. and 5 a.m.: $1.20 per hour. Lead hand mechanic $2.50 per hour, lead hand welder $2 per hour, lead hand service/tire technician $1.50 per hour. Equipment operator training premium $1 per hour.
Paid holidays:  11 days. Employees working on any holidays shall be paid 1 and one-half times regular hourly rate of pay. Employer pays premium of 8 hours’ regular pay for work performed on Labour Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day except for FOM work.
Overtime: One and one-half times for more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours per wek.
Meal allowance: When camp is not provided, daily meal allowance.
Pension: Group 1: $4.46; Group 2: $4.10; Group 3: $3.90; Group 4: $3.39; Group 5: $2.76; Group 6: $2.48; Group 7: $2.40.
Bereavement leave: 36 hours for death of employee’s immediate family (employee’s mother, father, brother, sister, spouse, common law partner, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren and grandparents) provided the employee is directly involved in making funeral arrangements or attending the funeral.
Call-in pay: 3 hours at the applicable rate. 
Probationary period: 400 hours.
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.
Safety shoes: Allowance of $0.10 per hour for all hours worked, to a maximum of $225 per year.
Tool allowance: Joumeyperson mechanics and apprentice mechanics: $1 per hour; journeyperson welders, electricians and service technicians: $0.50 per hour.
Mileage: $0.51 per kilometre.
Sample rates of pay (current after CPI increase of 1.1%, calculated by CLR):
Group 1: $42.10
Group 2: $38.74
Group 3: $36.86
Group 4: $31.97
Group 5: $26.02
Group 6: $25.02
Group 7: $24.26
Editor’s notes:  Premiums: Health and wellness: $1.55 per hour, increasing by $0.05 in the first Sunday in May of each year; training: $0.07 per hour. Inconvenience allowance: $10 per day.
